II International Conference “Humanitarian Modernization for the Sustainable Development of Society,” held as part of the “Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia”.

On March 12, 2026, the ceremonial opening of the 9th International Festival “To the Museum Today — To Science Tomorrow!” took place in St. Petersburg, Russia’s cultural capital. This major forum brings together museums of various types — state, municipal, and departmental museums, as well as small university museums, libraries, and research institutions from Russia and abroad.

Over time, the Festival’s program has expanded to include cultural centers, tourism organizations, and libraries from Russia and other countries, further enhancing its educational and outreach value.

Participants had the opportunity to present their exhibits and scientific achievements, as well as become part of an international professional community. The program featured a range of cultural and educational events, while the business program opened with a conference on humanitarian modernization held at the House of Peoples of St. Petersburg.
