Alexandra Ochirova — UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador

Alexandra Vasilyevna Ochirova, a member of the Festival’s Program Committee, was awarded the honorary title of «Unesco Goodwill Ambassador» 14 years ago. The award ceremony took place on June 4, 2012, at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.

The organization recognized her contributions to international philanthropy and her work to raise awareness of UNESCO’s universal human values.

Alexandra Vasilyevna Ochirova is Co-Chair of the Supreme Advisory Council of the Assembly of the Peoples of the World, a member of the General Council of the Assembly of the Peoples of the World, a member of the Russian Federation Commission for UNESCO, a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador (Russia), and Academic Director of the Institute of the Peoples of Eurasia.
